Weddings Ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions across Michigan, with limited out-of-state availability upon request.
Private Celebrations Birthday milestones (including 1st birthdays, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s), baby showers, anniversaries, family reunions, retirement parties, holiday gatherings, and youth events such as bowling parties, skating parties, and camps.
Corporate & Small Business Events Holiday parties, product launches, grand openings, nonprofit fundraisers, galas, and community events.

My process is designed to keep planning straightforward, stress free, and tailored to your event.
Discovery Call A quick conversation to understand your event vision. We’ll discuss your music preferences, event logistics, special accommodations, and I’ll provide an initial quote.
Invoice & Deposit You’ll receive a clear, itemized invoice showing your selected services, add-ons, travel fees (if applicable), and payment terms. A 25% deposit officially secures your date on the calendar.
Ongoing Touchpoints Planning support continues after booking. We’ll connect through follow-up calls or emails as needed, usually at the one month and one week marks, to confirm your timeline, announcements, and final details. The remaining balance is due two days before your event.
Peace of Mind You are never on your own. I am available throughout the planning process and coordinate directly with your planner, venue, or vendors to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Package Details Each service offering (Weddings, Private Events, Corporate & Small Business) is listed under the Services section on the Home tab. For full details, click the More Info button to view the dedicated page with the complete package description and add-ons.
Deposit & Final Payment A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance payable two days before the event.
Payment Methods Accepted methods include debit or credit card (via invoice), Zelle, and Cash App.
Cancellations & Rescheduling If you cancel or reschedule fewer than 30 days before the event, all payments made to date are non-refundable. Payments may transfer one time to a new date within twelve months, subject to DJ Showtime’s availability.
Force Majeure In the case of events outside either party’s control, such as severe weather or government restrictions, you may reschedule once within twelve months at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Memorial Multimedia Custom obituary programs and photo slideshows designed for funerals and celebration-of-life services, created with care and attention to detail.
Graphic Design Through our professional design partnership with Kyle Barnes of Urban Ad Shop, you can order flyers, save-the-date cards, wedding stationery, social media graphics, and other digital assets to support your event.
Flexible Booking Creative services can be bundled with your DJ package or booked separately as a stand-alone project.

Standard Service Area The base rate covers events within a 60-mile roundtrip radius of Metro Detroit, Michigan.
Extended Travel Events beyond 60 miles are welcome and may include a mileage fee, quoted case by case.
Out-of-State Events Limited out-of-state bookings are available. These require a planning conversation to confirm scheduling, logistics, and a custom travel quote.
Venue Access Considerations To ensure accurate pricing, please note that venues with restricted load-in access, multiple floors without elevators, or multiple performance areas may require additional labor or equipment. These details will be reviewed during the discovery call.

Coverage DJ Showtime Entertainment LLC carries general liability insurance with coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.
Certificate of Insurance (COI) A Certificate of Liability Insurance can be provided to you or directly to your venue upon request. Your venue may also be listed as an additional insured at no extra charge.
Request Timeline Please submit COI requests at least five business days before your event to ensure timely processing.
